Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 3men ("we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the War Sphere mobile game, its website and any related services (together, the "Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.

3. Your Account

• You may sign in using a third-party account such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, trade, transfer, share or rent your account or any part of it.
• You can delete your account at any time from the in-game settings. Deletion is permanent and all progress, virtual items and purchases associated with the account will be lost.

4. License to Play

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Game on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

5. Virtual Items & Currency

The Game may include virtual currency, items, resources and other digital content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items:

• are licensed to you, not sold, and you have no ownership or property right in them;
• have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for anything outside the Game;
• may not be sold, traded or transferred outside the Game, and any attempt to do so is prohibited;
• may be modified, rebalanced or discontinued by us at any time, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Purchases & Refunds

The Game is free to download. Some Virtual Items can be purchased with real money through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms and payment policies.

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google or Apple through the store where the purchase was made. If a purchased item was not delivered, please contact us with your order receipt and we will investigate.

If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making any purchase.

7. Code of Conduct

To keep the Game fair and fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, hacks, modified clients, automation software or any unauthorized third-party tools;
• exploit bugs, glitches or design errors — please report them to us instead;
• interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers, networks or other players' experience;
• harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate other players or our staff;
• post content that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal or infringes the rights of others;
• create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or evade a ban;
• buy, sell or trade accounts or Virtual Items for real money or outside the Game;
• use the Game for any commercial, fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

8. User Content

If the Game allows you to create or share content such as player names, alliance names or chat messages ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce and modify that content in connection with operating and promoting the Game. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content — including software, graphics, characters, artwork, music, sounds, text and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to 3men and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

10. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services such as Google Play, Apple App Store, Google Play Games, Sign in with Apple and analytics providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, remove Virtual Items or delete your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law or harmed other players. In such cases you will not be entitled to any refund, except where required by law.

You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your account from the in-game settings.

12. Changes to the Game

We continually update the Game and may add, change or remove features, content or Virtual Items at any time. We may also discontinue the Game entirely. Where we plan to shut down the Game, we will try to give reasonable advance notice in the Game or on this website.

13. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that your data will never be lost.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3men and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or Virtual Items, arising from or related to your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the Game. By continuing to use the Game after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
