This Privacy Policy explains how 3men ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you play War Sphere (the "Game") or visit this website. By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here. Please also read our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide or that comes from your sign-in provider:

Account identifiers from Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple (such as a user ID, display name and, where you allow it, email address);
Player name, alliance name and messages you send in the Game;
Messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically:

Game data such as progress, resources, items, battle results and purchase history;
Device information such as device model, operating system, language, IP address and advertising identifier (where permitted);
Usage and diagnostic data such as sessions, in-game events, crash logs and performance data.

Purchase information: in-app purchases are processed by Google or Apple. We receive a transaction record (such as product ID and order ID) to deliver your items, but we never receive or store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

To create and maintain your account and save your progress across devices;
To operate the Game, including multiplayer features, alliances, chat and leaderboards;
To process and verify in-app purchases and deliver Virtual Items;
To detect and prevent cheating, fraud and abuse;
To analyze how the Game is played, measure marketing campaigns and improve the Game;
To provide customer support and communicate important updates;
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Platform providers — Google (Google Play, Google Play Games) and Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple) for sign-in and purchases;
Analytics and attribution partners — such as AppsFlyer, to understand app installs and improve the Game;
Service providers — hosting and infrastructure providers that run our game servers on our behalf;
Other players — your player name, alliance, rankings and chat messages are visible to other players;
Authorities — when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players and our company.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Game. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, transaction records) to meet legal obligations.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated game data at any time:

In the Game: open Settings and select Delete Account, then confirm.
By email: send a request to support@example.com from the email linked to your account, or include your in-game player ID.

Account deletion is permanent. All progress, Virtual Items and purchases will be lost and cannot be restored.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Delete advertising ID" on Android). To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our servers and service providers are located. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
